D(DF) series is a centrifugal pump of horizontal,one suction,multistage and sectional composition.It owns the characteristics of substantial performance,extensive performance assortment,clean procedure,low sound,effortless maintenance…D(DF) collection was designed to pump thoroughly clean water or fluids have close people of h2o. Also,by changing pump wetted elements,it is in a position to pump fluids like sizzling h2o,oil,corrosive fluids and fluids particles.

Framework:

1. The pump set mainly consists of bearing housing,inlet and out section,middle section,guide vanes.
2. The pump inlet is horizontal and outlet is verticalThe balance hose on the inlet is connected back to the water inlet side.
3. Between bearings structure.The rotary part consists of shaft,impellers and a balance disk.
4. The gaps between pump inlet section,middle section and outlet section are smeared by molybdenum disulfide compound calcium-based lubricating grease as the sealings. The gaps of rotary part and static part are sealed seal rings,guide vane sleeve and packing.
5. Standard shaft sealing is packing,can be CZPT as mechanical seal.
